Philosophy

Some of us may feel loaded down with responsibilities and never ending task lists. Consequently we may feel stressed and exhausted. Additionally people living in northern countries frequently suffer from a lack of vitamin D.
Oxidative Stress
On a daily basis our bodies suffer from oxidative stress due to different environmental circumstances such as pollution, wrong diet, stress, lacking rest, insufficient physical activity, smoking and alcohol. Due to these factors our body can produce too many harmful “free radicals” which can affect certain cells of the organism and accelerate the aging process.
